OUR HISTORY -
The All India Labour Party (AILP) was founded with a vision to give India’s working class — the true builders of the nation — a united and powerful voice in the democratic process.
Born out of the collective struggles of workers, farmers, and ordinary citizens, AILP stands as a movement for justice, dignity, and equality.
Recognizing that the strength of India lies in the hands of its labour force, the party emerged from grassroots efforts to ensure fair wages, secure employment, and social security for all. What began as a call for dignity in work soon evolved into a national movement demanding transparency, fairness, and people-centered governance.
After years of dedication and organizational effort, the Election Commission of India, under the provisions of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, formally registered the All India Labour Party on 5th December 2018, granting it official political status under Registration No. 56/119/2018-18/PPS-I.
This milestone marked not just the legal birth of a political entity but the rise of a people’s platform committed to democratic values, ethical leadership, and inclusive development.
Our Journey Forward
Since its registration, AILP has continued to grow across states, connecting workers, farmers, youth, women, and marginalized communities under one banner — the banner of equality and empowerment.
The party’s message is simple yet powerful: India’s growth must be shared by those who work hardest for it.
Through community outreach, public advocacy, and active participation in democratic processes, the All India Labour Party strives to build an India where every citizen enjoys equal opportunity, fair treatment, and a dignified life.
The Road Ahead
As we look toward the future, AILP remains committed to strengthening India’s democratic foundation through participation, policy, and people’s power.
We continue to build alliances, nurture young leadership, and champion the rights of India’s working class — paving the way for a nation that values labour as the soul of its progress.
